Database

VDJServer is a cloud-based analysis portal and data sharing infrastructure for immune repertoire sequence data. VDJServer provides a complete analysis workflow from pre-processing of sequence reads, to V(D)J assignment, to repertoire characterization and comparison. VDJServer also provides a public AIRR-compliant data repository that allows users to publicly share their data, workflows, analysis results, visualization, and computational provenance, and includes the Community Data Portal that provides querying and downloading of AIRR-seq studies in the AIRR Data Commons.
