Database

The Immune Receptor Antigen Database (IRAD) is a database of antigen-level immune receptor specificities, where exact epitope information may not be known. IRAD Stage 1 is curation of the 100k+ antibody sequences in GenBank with antigen specificity information and disease relevance using the Disease Ontology (DO). Stage 2, currently underway, is improved antigen and disease searching.

Funding

IRAD is funded by NIAID under U24AI177622 and by a grant from the Center for Pediatric Genomics (CpG) from the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center.
