Database
The Open Germline Receptor Database (OGRDB) is a system to publish and maintain reference sets of adaptive immune receptor germline genes and alleles. It currently hosts the AIRR-C human IG reference sets, and reference sets for common laboratory mouse strains. All ets are versioned, with detailed revision history, and each version is assigned a doi. They may be downloaded manually, or via a REST API. The sets are open source, free for commercial and non-commercial use.Facilities will be provided on request to enable users and groups to maintain sets for other species.Over the past 6 months, OGRDB has averaged ~70 unique visitors per day.
