Database

VDJbase is a database of adaptive immune receptor genes, genotypes and haplotypes, derived both from AIRR-seq repertoires and genomic sequencing of IG/TR loci. It currently holds IG and TR repertoires from >1000 human subjects, and IG genomic data derived from ~300 human subjects from diverse backgrounds. Users are able to download data and construct reports analysing gene and allele usage, assess previously undocumented alleles, and analyse regulatory regions (RSS, Leader). Over the past 6 months, the system has averaged ~2,500 unique visitors per day. Through the AKC, plans are in hand to greatly expand the volume of data and to broaden the collection of repertoires that are shared between VDJbase and the AIRR Data Commons, facilitating cross-system queries.
